Article L222-1
Le ou les propriétaires d'une forêt mentionnée à l'article L. 6 présentent à l'agrément du Centre national de la propriété forestière un plan simple de gestion. Ce plan comprend, outre une brève analyse des enjeux économiques, environnementaux et sociaux de la forêt et, en cas de renouvellement, de l'application du plan précédent, un programme d'exploitation des coupes et un programme des travaux de reconstitution des parcelles parcourues par les coupes et, le cas échéant, des travaux d'amélioration. Il précise aussi la stratégie de gestion des populations de gibier faisant l'objet d'un plan de chasse, en application du troisième alinéa de l'article L. 425-6 du code de l'environnement , proposée par le propriétaire en conformité avec ses choix de gestion sylvicole. En cas de refus d'agrément, l'autorité administrative compétente, statue sur le recours formé par le propriétaire.
